Member Info Sessions: Update on SUN Structure and Local Support Funding

The SUN Board of Directors is committed to listening to members and our local leaders, which has led to deliberation on SUN’s organizational structure and the most prudent, financially responsible path forward to strengthen support for locals.
The establishment of SUN Network Councils has been paused since 2022, and new local structures are taking on these roles as they develop and grow. We are hearing from locals that they need further commitment to feel supported. Your Board believes that we must address these issues and has solutions they believe locals will be pleased to learn about.
To ensure members have an opportunity to listen to the Board’s solutions, vision and recommendations and to provide clarity and foster discussion, the Board has scheduled several member information sessions to go over these concepts.
