In preparation for the 2024 Annual Meeting, the Constitution, Bylaws & Resolutions Committee is accepting submissions for:
- Constitutional Amendments
- Bylaws Amendments
- Policy Resolutions
- Position Statements Resolutions
- Business Resolutions
- Negotiations Considerations
- Discussion Papers

- Using the Amendment and Resolution Forms linked below and submitting via email or snail mail
Submission Forms
- Constitutional and Bylaws amendments must be submitted on the Amendment Form.
- Resolutions pertaining to policy changes, position statement changes, or general business of the union must be submitted on the Resolution Form.
Please refer to the Official Call for Resolutions and/or Official Call for Discussion Papers for additional information and instructions.
Proposed amendments must be received in the Regina SUN office by January 15, 2024 at 16:00 CST; submissions received after the stated deadline cannot be considered.
