Your SUN ID # is required to help verify your membership; your SUN ID# is located on your SUN membership card 

What is my SUN ID#? Your SUN ID # is a unique identifier attached to your profile in SUN’s database, this number is not related to your employee # or your SRNA #.  Keep this number handy, as it may be required to verify your SUN membership.

NOTE:  The *  indicates a required field.  Most fields in the section are mandatory, this is to ensure we have the most current and accurate information captured in our membership database.
