Featured speaker, Auguste Nomeikaite, is a clinical psychologist and a PhD candidate at the Center for Psychotraumatology, Institute of Psychology, Vilnius University in Lithuania. Her expertise is in stress- and trauma-related disorders, trauma-focused treatment and mindfulness. Her current research focuses on the efficacy and therapeutic process of Internet-delivered Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Auguste has been awarded the Academic Achievement Scholarship for Doctoral Students three times in recognition of her contributions to psychological research in Lithuania.
This presentation will explore findings from six studies evaluating the efficacy of an Internet-delivered Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (ICBT) intervention for stress management among health care workers. It will examine how individual characteristics, therapist involvement, and program-related factors influence mental health outcomes, offering valuable insights into optimizing digital mental health support for this essential workforce.
