SUN Provincial Elections

The nomination period for 2026 SUN elections has officially closed.
Please take a look at the official Ticket of Nominations below.

Voting will be conducted electronically via our partner, Simply Voting and will open on March 25, 2026, at 09:00, and close on April 13, 2026, at 12:00.

Funding Opportunities

Members seeking funding to attend the 2026 Annual Meeting have the opportunity to apply for one of 408 provincially funded seats! These provincially funded seats are open to all SUN members to apply for.

This funding for Local Representatives is determined by Membership Policy 058-M-2023 and will be allocated through random draw.

Do not delay! Register for the Annual Meeting TODAY for a chance to receive provincial funding.

Deadline to register and be eligible for random selection draw is March 13, 2026 at 1200.

Be sure to select “Request Provincial Funding” as your Registrant Type; all other categories will not be entered into the random draw.

Registration Tips

Is this your first time registering for the Annual Meeting?

• Talk to your Local Executive about funding opportunities at the local level and how best to proceed before you register.

Be sure to complete all the required fields and pages on the form.

• Double check your email address – is it correct?

• The registration form has multiple pages.

• Online payment for banquet tickets must be provided at the time of registration.

• If you haven’t seen a “Thank You” message, your registration has not been processed/received.

• There is no need to start again – contact annual.meeting@sun-nurses.sk.ca, and we will look into it for you.

Receiving an error message when you enter your email address?

• The message “Email address has already been used” means you are already registered!

• Your confirmation may be in your junk mail or spam folder.

• If you would like to double-check your registration status, please contact annual.meeting@sun-nurses.sk.ca

Notice an error on your confirmation email, or didn’t receive an email confirming your registration?

• Please do not re-register – simply contact annual.meeting@sun-nurses.sk.ca for assistance.
