In preparation for the 2021 Annual Meeting, the Constitution, Bylaws & Resolutions Committee is accepting submissions for:
- Constitutional Amendments
- Bylaws Amendments
- Policy Resolutions
- Position Statements Resolutions
- Business Resolutions
- Negotiations Considerations
- Discussion Papers
SUBMISSION FORMS
- Constitutional and bylaws amendments must be submitted on the Amendment Form. Click here to download.
- Resolutions pertaining to policy changes, position statement changes, or general business of the union must be submitted on the Resolution Form. Click here to download.
- Resolutions related to bargaining and collective agreement changes must be submitted on the Negotiations Consideration Form. Click here to download.

Proposed amendments must be received in the Regina SUN office by January 7, 2021 @ 1600 hours; submissions received after the stated deadline cannot be considered.
2020 Resolutions Report & Discussion Paper
The resolutions and discussion paper received for the 2020 Annual Meeting will be carried forward to the 2021 Annual Meeting. The 2020 Resolutions Report will be dealt with prior to the 2021 Resolutions Report.
