The Board of Directors met for two (2) days, March 20 & 21, in Regina, to review SUN's audited financial statements in advance of the Annual Meeting; as well as discuss the current political, professional and strategic environments. The following is a summary of the financial and business decisions made at this meeting.
BOARD DECISIONS
- The Board approved the President's vacation for July 23 – August 10, 2018
- The Board approved the merger of Local 260 Prince Albert Mental Health Center with Local 62 Prince Albert Victoria Hospital to become Local 62.3
FINANCIAL DECISIONS
- The Board approved a donation of $1000 to the Unemployed Workers Help Centre.
- The Board accepted the Audited Financial Statements as prepared by MNP for 2017. The Board is pleased to report a clean financial audit.
