In September 2019, the Board of Directors met for two days. The following is a summary of the Board's financial and business decisions. 

Financial Decisions:

• The Board approved a donation of $1000.00 to support the 4th year students at the U of S College of Nursing Leadership Retreat. 
• The Board approved a donation of $2500.00 to Child Find Saskatchewan. 
• The Board approved a donation of $2500.00 to support Briarpatch Magazine. 
• The Board approved a donation of $2500.00 to support Farmland Legacies. 

Business Decisions:

• The Board appointed the following members to the 2020 Annual Meeting Planning Committee in North Battleford:
