Decisions:
The Board of Directors approved the Local Bylaws for Local 258 – Saskatoon Community Mental Health and Local 312 – All Nations Healing Hospital
The Board of Directors approved the merger of locals, as per bylaws, within sub-networks, wherever possible, effective immediately.
The Board of Directors approved the increase of the mileage rate to $0.55/Km to apply to the membership.
The Board of Directors approved an All Candidates Forum for the 2022 SUN election.
March 8-9: Board of Directors Meeting
Decisions:
The Board of Directors approved a donation of $250,000 to the ICN Humanitarian Fund for the Ukraine Nurses.
The Board of Directors approved funding for a two-day Special Meeting in September 2022 with funding as per membership policy 039-M-2017.
The Board of Directors accepted the Draft 2021 Audited Financial Statements as presented by MNP.
The Board of Directors approved to reconsider the community support project assignment for the Program Committee and revert the focus back to the FoodBanks of Saskatchewan and consider making the FoodBanks of Saskatchewan the permanent focus of the Program Committee.
The Board of Directors approved a donation of $5000 to Sexual Assault Services of Saskatchewan.
