The Board approved the Leadership Award recipients, - Maureen Arseneau Local 68, Kyla Fountain Local 19, the awards were presented at the Annual Meeting in April.
The Board of Directors approved the Lifetime Membership nominations, for Tracy Zambory, Local 104, Dawn English, Local 259, Brenda Groves, Local 69, Velma Davidson, Local 62 the awards were presented at the Annual Meeting in April.
The Board of Directors approved a donation of $5000 to Sexual Assault Services of Saskatchewan for Sexual Violence Prevention Month.
The Board of Directors approved the increase to the mileage rate from $0.66/km to $0.67/km effective Jan 1, 2026.
March 18 - 19 – Board of Directors Meeting
The Board of Directors accepted the Draft Audited Financial Statements as prepared by MNP for 2025.
The Board appointed Elizabeth Levy and Jennie Anderson to the Samaritan Place Bargaining Committee.
The Board of Directors approved the Terms of Reference for all Committees.
The Board of Directors approve the Local Bylaws for Locals, 314, 89, 14, 98, 34, 90, 69,
Following some minor corrections Locals 75, 30, 300, 101 & 109, were recommended for approval.
June 16 - 17 – Board of Directors Meeting
The Board approved the Disposition of the Board & Membership Policy resolutions from the 2026 Annual Meeting affecting Polices, 5, 6, 9, 013, 14, 15, 37, 39, 40, 41, 42, 44, 53, 55, 56, 63, 66, 68, 70, 75, 94 all referencing SUN Network Councils.

All Bylaws as per resolutions passed at the annual meeting.
All amended Bylaws & Policies were posted to the SUN Website and notification of same was included in Handover.
The Board of Directors approved donations to the Canadian Health Coalition for $5000 and to the Canadian Center for Policy Alternatives for $5000 for support of their continued work.
