Last week, SUN received notification from two affiliate employers that they are to discontinue participation in the AIMS system over the next few months. It is SUN’s understanding that some of the reasons for this decision include continued challenges with AIMS, maintaining autonomy, and the importance of ensuring alignment of their processes as an independent Affiliate provider with their Mission.

SUN has also been made aware that several other Affiliate employers are also reviewing their systems. If you are an employee of one of the Affiliate employers and receive communication regarding any system changes, please contact your Labour Relations Officer (LRO).
