At 1650 on Monday, September 13, 2021, the Ministry of Health issued a news release announcing a new Provincial Emergency Order had been issued.
Through a Minister's Order under The Emergency Planning Act, the Government of Saskatchewan is re-enacting the Letter of Understanding that had been in effect until August 8, 2021.
The news release says the provisions of the LOU are effective immediately.
SUN is currently conducting a thorough legal review of the order and will communicate further once additional information is available.
