In response to novel coronavirus (COVID-19) and its evolving impact in Saskatchewan, the Saskatchewan Union of Nurses has made the difficult decision to cancel or postpone all SUN events beginning March 13, 2020, and ending June 30, 2020. 

We know that large public gatherings are problematic as our population attempts to slow the spread of COVID-19, and as part of our social responsibility to "flatten the curve," we're taking this important, pro-active step to keep SUN members and the public safe and healthy. 

Some of the events affected by this cancellation/postponement include Local Treasurers' Workshops (March 17 & 18), SUN's Annual Meeting (April 29-May 1), and the OH&S Workshops (May 19 & 20). Information about the potential rescheduling or alternative delivery of events and workshops will be shared when it is available. 

Members who have been told they will be receiving funding from SUN Provincial to attend events will be contacted in the coming days and weeks.
