NEW! Online Work Situation Report (WSR)
The new online WSR is designed to be accessible on a smartphone, tablet or computer via SUN’s website – and with one click of the SUBMIT button, copies are sent to your Local NAC representative, Unit Manager (identified on the form), SUN Provincial and yourself. Simple and efficient!
The online WSR form is connected to SUN’s membership database and is placed in a secure and restricted area of the new website. This means members will be required to create a SUN account using specific criteria from our database, to access the form.
Don’t panic - Instructions for creating your SUN account, including the specific criteria required, will be delivered to members* via email and standard post, and will be rolling out this week. Members should receive their personalized instructions by July 23, 2019; if you do not receive your instructions by this date, contact database@sun-nurses.sk.ca to confirm your contact information.
*The online WSR is available to members within the SUN/SAHO, All Nations Healing Hospital, and Extendicare bargaining units; instructions will be sent to these groups only.
