SUN relies on several different communications methods and tools to inform and connect with SUN members. The security and privacy of those interactions are of the utmost importance to SUN Provincial.

With this in mind, effective April 20, 2020, SUN will be moving away from using the Zoom video conferencing system and transitioning to Webex. While we have had no issues or concerns with the Zoom platform to date, to be proactive and ensure the privacy and security of SUN-hosted video conferences continue to be maintained, the decision was made to change providers.

SUN Provincial will be hosting all-member video conferences in the coming weeks to update members on the current COVID-19 pandemic and the impact on our members. Many members may be familiar with the Webex system, as it is the same platform the SHA currently uses; members who have never used Webex before are encouraged to download the free program to their computer and/or mobile devices before these meetings. If you have used Webex before, no further action is required.
