Joint Interpretation - Article 26.02 Multi Facility/Agency Postings
- The joint interpretation regarding multi facility/agency postings has been reviewed and signed off on.
- This joint interpretation document outlines the process in which Employers will use when a need for a multi facility/agency posting under Article 26.02 is required.

Letter of Understanding (LOU) Re: Transition to Single Health Authority
- The LOU outlining the application of the Collective Agreement under a single health authority was renewed during this round of negotiations.

Retroactivity
- Reimbursement of retro-pay is scheduled to be paid out at the end of April 2021.
- Retroactivity will be applied to hours worked between April 1, 2020, to January 30, 2021.
- Please watch your paystub in April 2021 - if you have any questions or concerns, please follow up with your payroll department.
Disbursement of Collective Agreement
- Work continues on the implementation of the changes captured within the MOA.
- Once complete an electronic copy of the agreement (PDF) will be posted to our website and communicated to members.
- Printed copies of the CBA will be sent to each local to distribute to their membership.
- In the meantime, please refer to the MOA for the agreed-upon changes now in effect.

Reminder - Salary Increase
- New wages were implemented on January 31; please check your paystubs to ensure the appropriate wage has been applied.
