Catch up on everything that happened when over 1,200 nurses gathered in Calgary, Alberta, as the Canadian Federation of Nurses Unions hosted the 2017 Biennial Convention.

It was an incredible week of solidarity, lively discussion and idea sharing as nurses from across Canada talked about the common challenges they face and how, with the support of their respective unions, they are working together to overcome these challenges.

Topics impacting nurses, patients and communities ranging from patient safety, mental health, union activism, workplace injuries, national phramacare, safe staffing, and workplace violence filled the agenda and made for an informative and energizing week.
